Is Fearful Avoidant the most ‘difficult’ attachment style?
The most difficult attachment style to heal is the one of a person who isn’t willing to do the work.
I think I read somewhere that Fearful-avoidant suffer more than any other type of person in life..maybe due to complex trauma.
That combination makes you one of a kind. Don’t forget that. You’re not alone, you have never been.
lol whenever I read about fearful avoidant attachment style it comes across as the worst. I’m avoidant dismissive, though ‘recovering’
